Santos, the owner. He works alongside his team to support completion of each job. Each job begins with a written quote & date to do the work, through complete clean-up to the last branch, log, & chip. My recent job was urgent and included a 30' cypress that was partially dead and fallen on our patio. Temp was around 100 degrees with the heat index > 105 degrees. JOB WELL DONE!!"
